As motor industry specialists we can also offer a range of technical courses to your adult staff. These include: Engine management and Emissions Vehicle Electrical/ Electronic systems ABS - Vehicle Dynamic control, Driveline technology, Steering and suspension systems, Climate control, Car diagnostics and a range of other courses which can be tailored to meet your needs.

Training programmes

Skillnet offer a variety of training programmes suitable for people already working in the motor industry and for those looking to secure their first job in the sector.

Our Schools Programmes are delivered to young people aged 14+ in school premises or in our own facilities. Our Foundation Learning Programmes are designed for people who may not yet be ready to go straight into an apprenticeship. Access to Apprenticeship programmes are open to anyone up to the age of 25 who has been unemployed for 13 weeks or more.

We also offer a variety of short course training options for employers in the sector – whether you are looking for ATA accreditation for your existing staff or update training for your employees we can arrange a package of training solutions to meet your precise needs.
